At Travel for Padel, we know your nominated tour organiser already has a busy schedule outside of planning a group trip. We take the stress away by collaborating with you to design your dream padel holiday — removing the headaches. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will be on hand every step of the way to provide assistance and advice. 

Initial Contact 

Reach out by phone, email, or via our Contact Us page. Whether you already have your destination in mind or would like us to help craft an itinerary from scratch, we’ll work with you to shape a trip that matches your group’s unique requirements. 

Nominating a Group Leader 

Every trip needs a designated group leader to act as the main contact with Travel for Padel. We’ll then arrange a meeting to connect, explore your ideas, and advise on the best options. From there, we’ll design a bespoke itinerary for your group. 

No-Obligation Bespoke Quotation 

Once we’ve discussed your requirements, we’ll provide a detailed trip proposal including prices, inclusions, and a provisional itinerary. If you’d like to make adjustments, just let us know — we’ll revise it until it’s perfect.. 

Confirmation 

Once you’ve launched the trip details to your group, we recommend collecting deposits within 7–14 days to keep momentum. 
 
Contact Travel for Padel with final numbers, and we’ll revise prices if needed. 
 
Travel for Padel will then provide you with an agreed package, booking form, terms and conditions, a payment schedule, and a deposit invoice for you to review and approve. Once you are happy, complete the booking form and return it to us along with the deposit payment and this will confirm your trip with Travel for Padel. 
 
Standard Payment Schedule: 
 
Deposit: On confirmation of booking* 
 
Final Balance: 12 weeks before departure date 
 
*Please note when using low cost airlines, the deposit may need to be higher as the flights will be paid in full at time of booking. 

Trip operations 

Upon receipt of the first deposit payment, we’ll begin to build your trip itinerary, keeping you updated every step of the way. 
 
At Travel for Padel, we take great pride to ensure that your games and coaching is appropriately matched. We will discuss your group’s playing levels (Playtomic ratings may be requested) to ensure coaching, games, and friendly fixtures are well matched to your standard. 
 
You will be sent your Full Trip Pack no later than two weeks before your departure date. At that point, you are all set to go, and you can enjoy making your final preparations before departure. 
 
During your trip, Travel for Padel will have a local representative on hand 24/7 throughout your trip as well as support from our Travel for Padel team should you need us.
